1. Returns & Exchanges

At Celora, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product:
• Is unused
• Is in its original condition
• Is in its original, unopened packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used products
• Personal care items after opening
• Products damaged due to misuse


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged
• Incorrect (different from your order)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will:
✔ Replace the item free of charge
or
✔ Issue a full refund


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. We will guide you through the return process


5. Shipping Fees
• If the return is not due to a defect, the customer is responsible for shipping costs
• If the issue is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs


6. Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via Vodafone Cash or Bank Transfer
