1. Order Processing

At Celora, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Time

Delivery times depend on your location:
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location
• Free shipping may be available during promotions or for orders above a certain amount


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across Egypt.
Please ensure that the exact amount is available upon delivery.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation message with tracking details 


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery attempt fails due to:
• Incorrect address
 • Failure to respond to the shipping carrier

The order may be returned or rescheduled. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
